Q: What if I provide an incorrect address?
A: If a package is returned because an incorrect address was provided to us, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address and the buyer will need to re-pay shipping costs before we ship the package again.
Q: What if I want to return my mug?
A: We want you to be happy with your Man Mug. We will accept returns on non-custom orders only. We will refund the total minus shipping costs. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. For mugs with custom engraving we will offer an exchange, only.

We will not share, sell, or release your information (name, business, address, phone number, email, credit card information, etc.) to any other party. Man Mug collects your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, and email address when you register and shop with us. This information is used for billing, shipping, and contact purposes should we have questions or need to notify you regarding your order. Contact information is also used to inform you of promotions or sales. You may opt out of future contact from us at any time.
